As a customer, you have a right of withdrawal which means that within 14 days from the time of purchase, you can return your purchased item depending on the type of product you purchased (see below). You make a return by contacting customer service and informing about what the matter is together with your order number. In the case of an open purchase or right of withdrawal, only the price of the item is refunded. Depending on how you paid for your item, the refund is made via the same method as at the time of purchase.
Dietary supplements = Due to health reasons, we do not accept any returns when it comes to food (dietary supplements). Therefore, we can also guarantee you as a customer that what you buy has never been outside our warehouse before.

If you discover any defect in your product and want to make a complaint, you always contact us at our customer service.
Feel free to send an email containing your order number, pictures of the broken product and describe the error and we will help you further in the matter.
If, on the other hand, you have thrown away the product that you want to complain about, we can unfortunately not help you as we need a basis for a complaint. Always notify any complaint as soon as possible. By law, you have the right to make a complaint about your product for 3 years, provided that the error can be invoked by the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase. We accept the General Complaints Board (ARN).
How does it work with repayment?
If you paid with klarna, stripe or paypal, we will refund the money to the account used for the payment automatically. Please note that this usually takes 3-5 banking days. If you paid with swish, we need your information to make a transfer (bank, clearing and account number are needed).
When you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. The e-mail contains all information about your order, such as invoice address, delivery address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong in the order, you should contact us immediately via e-mail (email@example.com). You must be 18 years or older, or have parental approval when ordering.
All orders are shipped with DHL and our normal delivery times are 2-4 business days. Orders placed on the weekend are normally sent on the next working day. If there have been delays in your delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us directly via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor), all prices include 25/12% VAT depending on which product it applies. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and stock cost. The cost of this depends on your order. Uncollected packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. A possible dispute must be resolved in a Swedish court.
