Order information
When you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
The e-mail contains all the information around your order, such as invoice address, delivery address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong with the order, you should contact us immediately via e-mail (kontakt@ssnutrition.se).
You must be 18 years or older, or have a parent's approval when ordering.

Delivery times
All orders are sent with DHL and our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days. Orders placed on the weekend are normally sent on the next working day. If there have been delays in your delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us directly via e-mail (kontakt@ssnutrition.se).

Prices
Prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor), all prices include 12% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, incorrect printing in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Personal Data Act (PUL)
We do not save your customer information for anything other than fulfilling your order. We follow the Personal Data Act since it came into force in 1998. You can always request correction, extracts and that we delete your data from our register.

Uncollected packages
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and stock cost.
The cost of this depends on your order.
Uncollected packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase.
According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order. < br>
Dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
A possible dispute must be resolved in Swedish court .

Product information
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products.
We do not guarantee that the images will reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may precede depending on monitor, photo quality and resolution.
