Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card information and do not have access to your credit card information.
We comply with statutory right of withdrawal.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product also needs to be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial reimbursement is granted
All items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or lack parts for reasons that are not due to our party misbehaving.

Only products sold at the original price can be refunded, discounted products can not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
